🔧 Assembly & Tips
Print the case and latches in PETG for durability
Print the seal in TPU for flexibility and a tight fit
PLA is possible if the case is only used indoors and not exposed to heat
If no seal is needed, it can simply be omitted
🔩 Required Parts
3× M3×30 screws (stainless steel recommended)
Foam insert for the lid to secure the cards in place
💡 Foam Tip
I used 30 mm acoustic foam I had available.
Packing foam from Creality or Prusa printer boxes also works well when cut to size.
