Made on my ender 3. The wall thickness and infill is critical to make this model (D) float correctly at the water line. I used a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 1.5mm walls, and 15% infill. Tree supports work well.
A solid version of the toy is also provided here for non-bathtub/pool use.
