Custom completely printable SFF PC case able to fit Nvidia RTX A4000 (slightly modded).
The goal was to design and develop the smallest possible PC with powerful workstation graphic card with four display outputs.
Parts:
MB: Asus ROG Strix B450-I Gaming
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU:PNY Nvidia RTX A4000
RAM: G.SKILL 32 GB KIT DDR4-3200
PSU: HDPLEX 250W GaN
SSDs: Corsair Force MP510 1.92TB + Samsung 980 PRO 2TB
Final size is 246×185×65 mm, just under 3 litres of volume. Everything works fine, no issues with cooling etc., CPU and GPU are running in full power mode. Nice and practical detail is integrated Qi wireless charging for the phone.
Printed on Prusa MK3 with 0.4mm nozzle.
Materials: PETG, PSU subframe needs to be printed using PC-BLEND. The M2 and M3 nuts are to be inserted during printing - when slicing it is very clearly visible when and where.
NOTE: If you want to build this PC for yourself, feel free to message me and ask anything. It is definitely feasible, but not easy and I would recommend it for more experienced printers and PC builders.
Update (2023/04/29): psu_v2.3mf – updated files of PSU mounts. It moves PSU 1.5 mm down and 1.2mm lower into the case. It greatly improves fit of 230V PSU cable. Note: subframe that holds 50mm fan to the PSU should be printed using PC Blend.
Update (2023/03/24): If you will find issues with printing side meshes, use the file “side_panels_v2”. There is a problem with attaching the grid to frames due to retraction, and as I am not that good at changing configuration of the printer, this solves the issue while using default slicer settings.
