you need:
- 5 one way bearings (CSK8PPT type, 8x22x9mm backstop cluch - cost $ 1.85 x 5) - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33040222926.html
- print 10 body
- print 5 tyres for the bearing
- 5mm width rubber band (to put on the tyre for grip). You can cut and staple to desired length or it can be glued
- 10 M3 screws
- PTFE tube
