Concerning leds I used 3mm leds (https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/4001285737842.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2fra).
To power them I also create a box that include a power switch buttons (https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005002816746500.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2fra) and a LM2596s DC-DC adjustable step-down power supply module.
And in the box you can insert by strength or by heat DC connectors.
