A one-piece, print-flat, fold into shape, tetrahedral kite, though I'm about to try linking four of them together...

This is modeled after SuFu's idea, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:952737 but is one piece and fully 3d printed.

Set your first layer to 0.1mm thick(mesh bed levelling is a big help at this layer height), 105-110% of your normal first layer flow, and make the infill angle so the lines are perpendicular to the fold lines, I used 140 degrees. Printed here in PETG at 20mm/s for the first layer, and normal speed after. Printed with a couple different filaments, and they are not all the same for a low first layer height like this.

Put a colour change right after the first layer, if you like. 0.2mm for the rest of the layers.

Careful removing it from the bed then also carefully crease along the bend lines. Thin string/floss to tie the ends together as pictured.

Added a plate-sized triangle I'm planning on stitching eight of together, but I haven't printed this one yet, stay tuned.

Video is indoors, with a house fan, so a bit turbulent. Will be intersting to see it outside and maybe scaled up in X & Y with a larger bed printer.
