Print the base then scale the face plate to make sure it fits. My printer likes to make inner dimensions 99.4% of the original size so I scaled down the face to fit. The day ring is a bit loose but is sufficient.
Darken the text with a fine point permanent marker. I was able to print the text in Word with Calibri font 28 bold. I attempted to use paint and made a mess would not recommend.
