This is a set of three printable thumbscrew tips for M3 hex socket head screws.
This will let you get a pack like https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B5GR9VLC/ (not an affiliate link) and have hundreds of thumbscrews for a reasonable price.
On my printer, this fits pretty snugly but I still use a very small drop of super glue to make it more permanent.
Update 2023-05-03: added versions of this model with a smaller diameter (9mm vs the original 12mm)
