The Pink Panther

I was trying to play around with color layering in order to produce the right colors for the Pink Panther while only having a single pink color.  The lightest pink in the design is created with a single .2mm layer of white on top of red.  The other 2 pink shades are a single and double layer of pink on top of white.

I made one with a black outline, and the other I used a purple for the final outline, which is a little closer to the original animated character, but I couldn't decide which I liked better so I have posted them both.

Note that the color changes do not correspond with the actual layer heights because I used the layering to make the different shades.

Single extruder multi color designs:

Black Outline model:

• First bottom layer:  Yellow
• Second layer:  Red
• Third layer:  White
• Fourth layer:  Pink
• Fifth layer:  Black

Purple / darker pink outline:

• First bottom layer:  Yellow
• Second layer:  Red
• Third layer:  White
• Fourth layer:  Pink
• Fifth layer:  Purple / darker pink
• Sixth layer:  Black

• Edit:  I added my color test strip if you want to check your own color layers.  First layer is .6, then each other layer is .2 addition.  The different pinks in the models are Red > White, then White to pink with a single, then multiple layers of pink for the different shades, then I put a single purple layer over the pink for the outline.
