(old design from 2018, my first, imported from Thingiverse)
This part replaces the fragile stock disk inserts for the swivel points of a 16" Rand McNally globe (the kind usually seen in schools). I couldn't get the axle pins out without doing significant damage, so I split it in half and it worked great. (photos are of top and bottom)

3 walls, I wanted it to be really strong. Turns out that was massive overkill... you could probably dial back on the infill too.
Post-Printing =============
I had to take a tiny file to part of one half to smooth down part of the clip/barb as well as flatten out the mating surface of both halves. Snap in the non-filed one first, align the pin/axle, then snap in the smoothed one with the smoothed edge going in last.
Warning: These fit very, very well... I don't think they'll come back out without destroying the globe, so pick a color you like!
How I Designed This
I used FreeCAD 0.17 on Linux for this. I created 1/2 the cross-section and swept it 180 degrees. I then created a cutaway to remove part of the barbs as having them all the way around would make it impossible to snap in. I then added fillets (could've had this in the sketch, but didn't bother until the end).
