This locking ball joint could be a great option for mounting camera setups and positioning it exactly where you want. I recommend printing with high infill if you plan on mounting with screws, that way there is enough material for the screw to go through. Otherwise, double-sided tape should work. There are tons of other scenarios in which this ball joint would be beneficial as well.
