I designed this for a friend.
It fits a “Greenmigo 12W LED Scheinwerfer” (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B071PB63D4). But I think there might be other things that fit this kind of mount.
I included the customizable openscad file. It is a hot mess, but I figured better upload it in case someone might want it, than let it rot on my pc.
