I had a broken faucet retainer that kept leaking. So of course 3d printing to the rescue! it saved me $50 in the end, considering you cannot buy just the piece that was cracked. You'd have to buy the entire handle ($50) or replace the faucet all together for $200+.
All in, cost $0.44 supports and all. The faucet doesn't leak anymore, and the wife finally appreciates this fine 3d printing hobby.
This currently installed in my bath faucet and works great. its a little tighter maybe because I didn't calibrate the filament flow. However there is very little backlash with the faucet.
Made with Fusion360
