This is a box designed to demonstrate Snug Hinge and Latch.
Box Length (Inner) = 150 mm
Box Width (Inner) = 75 mm
Box Height (Inner) = 19.25 mm
Box Bottom Height (Inner) = 15.25 mm
Box Top Height (Inner) = 6 mm
Box Radius (Inner) = 4 mm
Box Wall Thickness = 2 mm
Assembly Instructions:
Slide the hinges over the hinge pivot pins of the box top with the slot in the hinge facing the box top and the locking tabs pointing down and tilted inward 45 degrees.
Pivot the hinge tabs so that they point down and place the box bottom under the box top so that the hinge fixture hoops are aligned with the hinge tabs.
Carefully, press the the hinge locking tabs into the hinger fixture hoops until they lock into place. You may need to press the hinges into place in steps to keep the hinges aligned.
Slide the latch over the box top's latch pivot pin with the slot in the latch facing the box and the latch tilted inward 45 degrees.
