The dispenser is left-handed. If you want to have a right-handed version, mirror the model in your slicer or just hold it upside down.
I printed it in PETG.
You need an M3x20mm screw and an M3x4mm threaded insert. The hole for the threaded insert is big enough for a press fit. Use the screw as a drawbar. Turn the screw with the threaded insert on the other end to pull the threaded insert into its hole.
You can add a spring to return the plunger to prevent oozing.
