A few of the feet on my patio swing have cracked over the years. I don't know when it was originally purchased (I think it's a hand-me-down from family), so buying replacement feet is out of the question (not to mention I have a 3D printer!). This was a great, simple project to try using TPU for the final prints. It also gave me experience using the Revolution tool in FreeCAD.
These can be printed in any material. While I chose to print the final versions of my feet in TPU with a shore hardness of 98A, I did all my testing in PETG. It is much faster to print with, but I chose to have a little flexibility for this project.
The gcodes are the same, except the faster file has a flow rate changed to 3.75 from the default 2.5. Because I was using the 0.8mm nozzle and felt comfortable trying higher flows, I increased it for each of the four feet I needed to print. There was no quality difference between the different speeds. If I had more feet to print, I would try to increase the flow rate even more.
