There are quite a few of these already, but I wanted to put mine out there. Uses 3 20mm M3 screws to mount to a K20 and snuggly hold a 97mm blower fan. Printed without supports on my Ender 5 out of PLA. Has a bit of stringing but so far it looks good. I don't expect the PLA to last very long, but it is an easy print if it becomes a problem. Including the source file if you want to edit it for your particular printer or GPU or modify it. It could use a few improvements, but it worked good enough for me. Made in Autodesk 123D Design.
