This welding rod holder is a vase mode print suitable for tougher filaments PETG, ASA, ABS etc. Note that it is not suitable for hygroscopic rods as it doesn't seal the rods from moisture in the air.
I set the extrude width to 0.8mm for a sturdy welding rod holder that can stand up to the normal (ab)use. I got sick and tired of cardboard packaging that ended up falling apart in no time.
Mine are printed at 0.3mmlayer height in PETG using a normal 0.4mm nozzle set to extrude 0.8mm at 60mm/s. You might want to test if your extruder can handle the volume because YMMV.
Printed on a heated bed with only a skirt and no support needed (of course). Just print both halves standing on end, one at a time (or vase mode won't work).

There is a tab with the parameters where you can set the size you require. Then you can check if everything looks good on the above page.
