Created a glider using Tinkercad (for the left wing, mirror for the right) and Fusion360 (for the rest).

The fuselage is in two pieces to be glued together (be sure the slot for the rudder is on top and the launch hook is on the bottom). I stood both on edge and used organic (tree) supports. The fuselage is 4mm thick to accommodate the rudder in its slot, although it might be made 2mm thick if done carefully, and the front was made with 100% infill, the back with 20% infill. In retrospect I would have used 15% infill for both. The hole at the front of the fuselage fits a ¼" or 6mm bolt and nuts and provides a way to balance the model to enable it to fly.

The wings (mirror the left wing for the right wing) are to be glued together with the dihedral strip on their flat sides. I lightened the wings by using 0.8mm layer height and 20% infill.

I glued the rudder to the fuselage but left the wings and elevator held by rubber bands; they can be glued to the fuselage if you want. The rudder and elevator are 1mm thick.

It flies poorly, being quite heavy, but it does sail for a few meters before landing.

The assembled wingspan as presented is about 46 centimeters, and the length of the assembled fuselage is about 41 centimeters.
