This is a feeder for small pets to slow down their eating habits and challenge them... with hexagons because why not?

This slow feeder was originally designed for cats but should be usable with any small pet.

Food is inserted into the feeding tube which is closed with a cap. The tube rests on the top of the bowl and is held in with two pins. The pins rotate to lock. The hole sizes uploaded are a mix of 10mm and 15mm to allow for food with larger morsels and not just kibble.

Hexagons were used on the back of the feeder for style (duh) and to help drastically reduce filament use/print time.

The model also features a large circle in the middle of the bottom. This is so the feeder can be used with a regular cat bowl. This allows for easy cleaning while also avoiding the question of if PLA is technically food safe or not. The bowl featured in the picture has a bottom diameter of roughly 107mm.

I uploaded STEP files as I find converting STL to STEP all of the time very exhausting.

It took our 3 cats about a day to figure it out, catnip helps with encouragement.
