I recommend first print only thread, for check tolerance your printer. If printed thread not fit, you can scale model (only X and Y axis) a half percent and try it again.
Printed thread must be a little tight, for better strength.
UPDATE: added grip for better use.
PETG, 4 perimeters, 20prc infill. Layer height - first few layers 0.15mm other 0.25mm. No supports.
