PETG friendly-ish case for Qudelix 5k.

I've not tried printing in PLA, as the installation requires some flexibility to the material. But maybe PLA can work too?

It's a snug fit. Be careful near the buttons. There's a chance for the button cover to break. But once it's on, it's really on.

I'd recommend try to put on the case right after the print finishes while it's still warm and (extra) pliable. But it will still work in room temperature, just a bit more difficult.

The model and gcode files include a +.15% upscale.

There's some clearance added into the model, but I had to print with some additional upscaling for it to fit well.

You may need to adjust the scaling rate for your printer.

A couple failed attempts.

1st failed print (on the right) had the button cover part broke off due to the wall being to thin (improve in later version).

2nd failed print didn't have enough clearance around the button opening (rubs against the sidewall of the buttons) so I had to cut part of the case off. But doing so defeats the purpose of the case which is to help prevent accidental button pressing.
