I remixed this from another Printables design which I thought was a great design aesthetic.
Mine has been sized to suit a 9.5mm thick board (I used MDF) the shelves need to be 160mm deep to fit into the shelf support brackets.
The length depends on the weight required to support and your needs.
This was a personal project but I have shared the files incase it is useful for others.
