In order to use the LCD + Hyperpixel 4" touchscreen cover on a Perusa enclosure an adapter is needed. This print will provide a mount aimed to place the cover to the right. The placement is due to the mounting of the basic board for the LED light which prevents a centered mount. You will need two M3x8 screws and two 3nS nuts to fasten it to the enclosure.
