I needed a wall mount for the Poly Com VVX D230 cordless phone base for work. This is a simple design that allowed that. I needed the full size for my application as the holes lined up with screws curently on the wall and allowed the CAT5 cable to pass through. I felt that it looked bulky so I shortened the side that mounts to the wall and shortened the distance between the mounting holes. I have only used the FULL size. I have not printed and used the short version but it should still work. You will need 3 of the small tabs that slide into the bottom of the base and I used super glue to hold in place. I also printed the wall mount with the wall side down for best results.
