This is a replica of the motor fan the air compressor used to have. The diameter of the fan shaft is 28mm. Maximum diameter of the fan is 150mm.
Print time 11h 33min with PrusaSlicer default settings for PETG. Nozzle size was 0,4mm, layer height 0,2mm. I used 100% infill to make sure it will hold. The fan is still going strong and it is much better than the original one, which was missing wedge groove.
