Making this from wood on a bandsaw would take about 5 minutes… but where's the fun in that. I mostly designed this as a “can I make 2 flat surfaces on opposite sides, with screw holes and no supports”.
- Prints without supports ("lip" side on bed, screws facing up). Countersunk the screw holes to get more overhang for easier printing.
- 0.5" lip to keep the blades on the wall.
- up to 1" bandsaw blades, with a bit of clearance. ¾" x 115" blade pictured
- The curve is from approximate 12" circle, though any subtle curve would have been fine, you just need to avoid too much pressure in one place on the blade.
- Doubles for hula hoop storage.
