Throwing in my hat on the MAX7219 display cases.
While very much inspired by the linked “remix”, I did model this from scratch. Included in the files is Fusion source files, which are you might want to adjust the ESP holder, given that each brand seems to have ever so slightly different dimensions.
The main body is a “single shell” type approach with a consistent width from bottom to top for solid perimeter printing. The tray is designed to be printed with many lines, zero top/bottom layers, and a high infill rate to serve as a screen for the LEDs.
My Settings:
- 0.2mm layer height
- 0.4mm for all line widths
- Arachne walls
- 8 walls
- 0 top/bottom layers
- 35% Gyroid Infill
The 3MF file is from Bambu Studio with all of these included settings.
