Having the cups constantly popping off the Head(amame) headset has been a real bugbear for me. Laying the headset down on the desk or holding it in my hand and moving the wrong way would almost gaurantee that the cups would pop right off.
This model is a part that you can attach to your headband mount. It adds material over the headband channel that blocks the band from slipping out when the cup moves and pivots.
It does not stop or inhibit the cup from moving freely as it would without the mod - it only stops it from moving so much that it will detach from the band. So comfort is not forfeited.
This part does not modify any existing Head(amame) parts. It is it's own design that mounts onto your existing headset.
You can mount the part using superglue (as I did - it's more than enough), or via the two M3 screw holes that are modelled into the part.
To mount with screws will require you to modify your existing headband mount parts, by drilling out the holes from behind for mounting.
