If you ever come across vintage B.C. Rich Platinum series, Westones or Epiphone you might face the issues of the “Bendmaster” floyd rose style bridges. These are notorious for their weak tremblocks that will crack due to bad quality. This gadget will allow you to block off the bridge and to loosen the springs on the trem, in effect increasing tuning stability to the max and letting your trem live longer in effect. The clearances should be very tight allowing for minimum movement of the system.
At this point its still in beta phase, if you have one of these guitars feel free to try it out. Any feedback especially regarding the tolerances of the cavity would be kindly appreciated.
