I designed this bowl in Fusion 260 and the entire model is created from an single egg shape. 1-piece and 2-piece bowls are included. The half egg is removable from the bowl in the 2-piece version.
I added a small 0.05 mm clearance between the egg and the bottom of the bowl. You will need to scale the egg down a bit if you more clearance than that.
It's an easy print with no supports required.
