When making broth there is a large amount of fat on the surface which is much better be removed before consuming the meal.
This ladle has a separating septum, with a hole in his bottom that only lets watery liquid through while retaining any fat floating on the surface.
For the greater resistance of the ladle, print slightly inclined and with the concavity facing downwards, taking care of a number of perimeters of no less than 4 and with suitable organic tree supports.
