Is it a straw? Is it a hole(s)? Extra points for getting it to work as a napkin ring without enlarging it. Guard it from kestrels who might attempt to use it for courtship.
Ok it's actually a support and strain relief for AWG14 wire exiting a 1/2" PVC pipe. It fits in the end and is glued. It might work for AWG12 but I don't remember.
Should use PETG outdoors.
