Print only one at a time to get the surface as smooth as possible. Prints without supports.
The printfiles make the stripes as shown in the images. The layer hight starts at 0,2 mm and is variable at the final layers to get smooth top surfaces. The seams ar placed to the mounting surface what makes more smooth circumferances.
The hinge pins are made from filament. It will work with the filaments just cut. The outer surface becomes more smooth by welding the pint flat using a soldering iron.

Print it flat, fold it, put it into the Skadis slot ( STEP 1 ) and slide the egg onto it ( STEP 2 ).
