By the decades of usage my favorite toolcase suffered on legs breaking into the case due to rugged usage and overloading with lots of heavy tools.
For the next decades I designed improved feet supporting better the weight.
For each foot you need:
- 2x screw M5x16
- 2x nut M5
- 2x large diameter washer M5
Assembly:
I used the nut clearing templates, so that the nuts can be pressed in an will not fall out again (see https://www.printables.com/model/364572-nut-clearing-templates)
Printing
Filament: PETG, ABS or similar
Infill: 50%
Support: not needed
