Use this to attach an Adafruit ADXL343 Accelerometer to your bed with magnets. It works great on springsteel beds for measuring resonances.
The mount is compatible with 6mm x 3mm magnets.
The holes for hardware are M2.5. The threads are formed by the screw during assembly.
The recesses allow room for through hole solder. You need some very strong magnets for holding the accelerometer completely steady. I'd recommend in most cases add a couple strips of blue tape for a little extra hold down insurance.
