I wanted to combine the Pegboard cover from BambuLabs with the Vision enclosure, so I created a new modular side panel, that has pegboard holes to mount tools and/or spools.
Printing
I would recommend printing it in PETG and to be quite careful when assembling, as the ducktails are prone to beaking.
The part has to be printed as 4 pieces (even tough it is just one file) :-)
- The top panels need supports (tree support) for the lid
- Disable Brim, as this is not needed.
Mounting
It fits into the orginal mountings for the transparent side panels and can be replaced any time.
I would recommend in case of heavier items (spool holders etc) to fix it to the frame with two M3 screws and nuts. (Therefore you have to drill out the hols in the Bambu P1P frame a little)
Note:
This one only fits on the right side of the printer, as the horizontal struts have different heights. I will make another one for the left side.
Update 10-04-23:
I created a left side with additional supports to also use the PegBoard Spool Holder and filament guide. Unfortunatly, as I found out the hard way, the two sides are not equal. The strut on the left side is 15mm higher than that on the right side.
