The voron subreddit gives you a pre generated serial plate but it does not fit the v0.2 skirts. I modified the v0 STLs to fit the v0.2.
To make your own, you're going to need OpenSCAD. Just download the files, open the scad file and update it with your serial number and if you want the logo vs. no logo.
