Our combat robot league requires our robot to have an externally accessible power switch. I designed this switch to use knurled brass inserts (8mmx6mm) as terminals and an M4 screw to close the circuit. This way we can use an hex driver to reach into a port on the robot to turn it on and off. The screw shaft is designed for an M4 screw so that the screw bites into the printed part to provide friction and keep it from backing out.
