The support for the sun shade broke on my swing and I discovered it was very weak and had zero infill (so of course it broke easily).  I was able to remove the broken part stuck inside and modeled it in SolidWorks and figured anything I printed this in would be stronger than the original part.  The part that inserts into the swing's support bar is 47.25mm x 23mm if this fits your swing then you should be good to go.  If you need adjustments let me know and I can make an adjustment for you if needed in my model and post it here as a new version.  The nut that I used that goes into the back side is an M8-1.25 thread nylon lock nut.  The hole in the long side that goes into the swing support lines up for an M2.5 screw you can drill it out if needed.

I suggest printing it with the back side down. you can use supports or not, it is a 40 degree angle and could be printed with out them.  I chose to use them anyways as I was using ASA.

ASA is UV and water resistant (ABS is not UV resistant and is hygroscopic) so it can standup to the sun and weather better.  If you use PLA you may have to print it again in the future but not a real concern if that doesn't bother you.

It should mate up with the existing swing shade part perfectly as mine was a 36 tooth circular pattern.

Recommend printing with 50% or more infill.  I had a windstorm break these at 20%. (original part had 0%)

Modeled in SolidWorks.

Printed with a Flash Forge Adventurer 4.
