Print without supports.
Print:
print all the parts, recommend at the supplied orientation.
No supports needed, but if you feel concerned about the handle, you can add a brim o an organic support.
I printed at 0.2 layer.
recommend add extra perimeter for the gear and the handle.
Assembly:
- insert the buttom body on to the handle
- insert the buttom washer
- insert the gear all the way to the end of the norrow part of the handle,
its a tite fit to avoid glueing.
- insert the top washer
- insert the top body
- insert the tongue to the body_end part at the middle al the way to the end
- insert the body_end(with the inserted tongue) at the end of the body top and buttom
- I recommend to glue the 3 body parts together
