One can use the following 3 parameters to define the requested lidded box size:
BoxOuterLength - Min 40mm
BoxOuterWidth - Min 38mm
BoxHeight - Min 35mm
While the minimum values are presented - the maximum values are limited by the printer specification e.g. maximum allowable bed Length, Width and printer max Z (Height)
The parameters you chose for the box determined also the size of the lid.
I left a recessed area on the front and rear side of the box for attaching ID Plates (30 X 20 mm). If you don't need any of those areas you may edit the related sketch using Suppress Features.
Be aware that the Lids (Covers) are snagged to the boxes which grants a tight closure.
