What is it?
This is a headphone holder I made for my old mic stand. It's a simple triangular shape with a hole of 5/8'' (Standard Mic Screw) in the middle, so it is easy to put in a mic stand.
It can hold up to 3 headphones with a maximum width of 23cm (about 9''), so this is just perfekt for your studio, if you have a mic stand spare.
Each arm has a width of 5cm (about 2'') and a height of 1cm (0.4'').
What if my mic stand has got a different screw?
If you've got a mic stand with a 3/8''-screw or a different size, feel free to remix it (use "Headphone_Stand_base.stl").
About the STL files
I've uploaded 3 different versions:
- "Headphone_Stand.stl" is the standard model.
- "Headphone_Stand_arm.stl" is just one arm, so you can customize it to fit your build plate.
- "Headphone_Stand_base.stl" is just the base without a hole, so you can make your own.
Have fun with it!
Printed with black ABS (@ 250°C / 110°C (~ 4h on some old ass Ultimaker 2+), but PLA should work just fine.
Minimum printing area recommended: 17 x 17cm (about 6.7'')
Smaller printing areas: use the model "Headphone_Stand_arm.stl" to design your own shape (e.g. just linear for two headphones).
