I made this toy letter intersection thing for a friend. If your baby's initials are also WP, you're in luck! If not, check out my full set of letter combinations.
Settings used:
0.2 layer height
25% Gyroid infill
Purple PLA+
No supports (orient the W face down against the bed, but if your settings are not tuned for it you may have trouble with some of the internal overhangs)
Adaptive layer height (if your slicer supports it) really helps smooth out the curves! See the attached photo showing adaptive layer heights.
