My print is in PLA with default settings (20% infill, no support, no raft, 0.2 mm layer) - though I don't think the infill matters much - lot's of curved surface creates good stability.
The chips are 40mm in diameter and 3.2 mm in height.
Push your chips against the stacker and you get a neat stack of 5.
