This is a custom made video game console based off of the Raspberry Pi Pico and micropython that you can build yourself. For more information on building the PicoBoy you can check the GitHub: https://github.com/HalloSpaceBoy5/PicoBoy
Print Settings:
Walls: 2
Filament Temp: 210° (Make sure the first ~10 layers are 10° hotter)
Infill: 50%
Resolution: 0.25mm
Supports: Yes (Nothing more than 20% fill)
Rafts: Doesn't Matter
Material: PLA or PETG (This is IMPORTANT! If it is any other material, the screws wont screw in correctly and the case wont snap together properly!)
Post Processing:
Sand the buttons down until they fit loosely in their wells. This prevents the buttons from sticking when pressed. Also sand the edges of the battery cover until you can easily insert and remove it. You can sand the outer case to make it look nicer, but its not necessary.
