Since these simple things apparently have to cost an arm and a leg on the open market I quickly drew some up myself.
Your printer should be fairly accurate for the internal thread, but if it doesn't fit you can use your slicer's compensation feature.
Everything prints without supports, but if your printer knocks the tall models over you can add a brim.
