I designed this chopping-board rack in as my first project using Plasticity and went a little crazy with the boolean operations. I wanted to save filament but keep the strength in the design so it could hold larger chopping boards without bending or tipping over.

It's a modular concept where you can decide how many tall or short walls you want to include to suit your needs. The baseplate and wall length just fit onto the Prusa MK3S+ build plate width, and if you want to use a brim for adhesion you may want to paint some support blockers to keep the first layer from going over the plate edge.

You probably will need to use supports for printing the walls on their sides for maximum strength as the pegs will overhang otherwise. The base plate however does not require supports.

The walls plug into the base plate using pegs with a 0.2mm tolerance gap, but your pegs and holes may require a little bit of tidy up before slotting firmly into place. I also used infill modifiers to extend 100% infill overlap around the pegs and holes into the structure of the walls and the base for extra strength (see images).

The walls and base are ‘keyed’ with a small hole so you can determine the orientation but this may not be required depending on your print tolerance and filament (see picture).

I hope you enjoy it. I printed in white Kiwi 3D HPLA to match light kitchen decor.
