I printed the fantastic Propeller Launch Base by @WimV and wanted to try my hand at making my own propeller.  The design here is the result of testing over 20 designs to maximize the height the propeller flies for a given number of windings of the launcher.  The supplied propeller STL has been recorded flying over 25ft up.  The OpenSCAD source code is included so you can tune the prop's parameters and experiment for yourself.

I have been printing these with a 0.6mm nozzle @ 0.15mm layer height, but performance is nearly identical to the 0.4mm nozzle @ 0.1mm layer height versions I printed before.  There is a bit more stringing at higher layer heights, so a smaller nozzle is preferred.  The cover photo is of some 0.6mmx0.15mm props.

I use a support overhang threshold of 25 degrees when slicing because the majority of the profile is a bridge at least partially over existing material.  Make sure you set a support blocker area inside the drive socket to avoid having to remove support material from there later.
