This consists of the Swing Arm #2 that attach the Umbilical Tower hoses to the Saturn V rocket . These are part of the larger Apollo Umbilical Tower model.
Notice that when adding these parts, some parts are the same from level to level. Higher levels may use parts from lower levels. Use the master LUTPartsList spreadsheet to determine what parts are used for each level.
